I use this for the Claremont Health Salad because the veggies really fill up the bowl before the dressing coats the veggies and makes them more compact.  I also use it for Thanksgiving Stuffing.  No spilling over the side of the bowl makes cooking and cleaning up a cinch!

Fill this great little bottle with your favorite oil.  I use extra virgin olive oil.  Rather than pouring oil straight from the bottle, the Evo leaves a fine mist which is just the right amount of oil for sauteing and saves tons of calories!
